Section 8526(7) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7906(7) ) is amended by inserting , except that this paragraph shall not apply to the use of funds under this Act for sports clubs, teams, training, or related activities provided for students before the period at the end.
