Section 7306(a) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(12)as paragraph (14); and inserting after paragraph
(11)the following new paragraphs: The Director of the Office of Transparency, Engagement, Accountability, and Management under section 7306A of this title. The Medical Inspector, who shall be the head of the Office of the Medical Inspector under section 7306B of this title. .
