Section 2501(l)(1) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 2279(l)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking and ; in subparagraph (D), by striking 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter. and inserting 2023; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028. . Section 2501(l)(2) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 2279(l)(2) ) is amended by striking $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028 .
