In addition to the amount otherwise available for National Labor Relations Board, Salaries and Expenses , $10,000,000 shall be available for obligation through September 30, 2028, solely for costs necessary for the relocation and replication of space to house National Labor Relations Board headquarters or regional offices, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
