There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out the local food purchase assistance cooperative agreement program established pursuant to section 1001 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ( 7 U.S.C. 7501 note; Public Law 117–2 ) $400,000,000 for fiscal year 2024 and each fiscal year thereafter.
