Of the amounts made available for the Office of Policy Development and Research under the heading Program Offices , up to $3,500,000, to remain available until September 30, 2026, may be transferred to the heading Information Technology Fund to be available for the needs of the Chief Data Officer, in addition to amounts otherwise available, including for additional development, modernization, and enhancement: That the Secretary shall notify the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations no fewer than three business days in advance of any such transfer.
