Funds previously made available in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017 ( Public Law 115–31 ) for Lead Hazard Reduction that were available for obligation through fiscal year 2018 are to remain available through fiscal year 2025 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred in fiscal years 2017 through 2018. Funds previously made available in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 ( Public Law 115–141 ) for Lead Hazard Reduction that were available for obligation through fiscal year 2019 are to remain available through fiscal year 2026 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred in fiscal years 2018 through 2019.
