Section 1672E of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 5925g ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (5), by striking production; and inserting production or preservation; ; and in paragraph (6), by inserting , including those in circumpolar regions before the semicolon; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking or at the end; in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: areas designated as frontier or remote areas. .
