Section 7(k) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2016(k) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking
(4)and inserting
(5); in paragraph (2)(B), by inserting except as provided in paragraph (3), before ensure ; by redesignating paragraphs
(3)and
(4)as paragraphs
(4)and (5), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following: Benefits may be used for the fees and charges described in paragraph (2)(B) in the case of the purchase of foods that must be delivered to, but not within, a rural hub community or outlying village in a noncontiguous State. .
