Section 2812 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300hh–11 ) is amended— in subsection (c)(4)(B), by striking 2023 and inserting 2028 ; and in subsection (g), by striking $57,400,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $65,900,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028 . Section 301(d)(3) of the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness and Advancing Innovation Act of 2019 ( Public Law 116–22 ; 34 U.S.C. 10284 note) is repealed. Paragraph
(1)shall take effect as if enacted on September 30, 2021.
