Section 612 of the Veterans Millennium Health Care and Benefits Act ( 38 U.S.C. 2404 note; Public Law 106–117 ) is repealed. Not later than January 1, 2028, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall replace each flat grave marker at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, New Mexico, with an upright grave marker. Any grave marker provided at the Santa Fe National Cemetery after the date of the enactment of this Act shall be an upright grave marker. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out subsection
(b)$15,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2024 through 2028.
