In this Act: The term Center means the Northern Border Coordination Center established pursuant to section 3. The term Department means the Department of Homeland Security. The term northern border means— the international border between the United States and Canada; and the maritime border between Alaska and the Russian Federation. The term Secretary means the Secretary of Homeland Security.
