Section 424(e) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; by redesignating subparagraph

(B)as subparagraph (C); by inserting after subparagraph

(A)the following: that shall include a dashboard of open information security recommendations identified in the independent evaluations required by section 3555(a) of title 44; and ; and by adding at the end the following: Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to require the publication of information that is exempted from disclosure under section 552 of this title. .
