Section 106(e) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2151d(e) ) is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking $2,000,000 for fiscal years 2021 through 2023 and inserting $4,000,000 for fiscal years 2024 through 2026 .
