Section 233(i)(1) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2293(i)(1) ) is amended by inserting , or a member of the Space Force, after a member of a reserve component of the Armed Forces . Section 106 ( 50 U.S.C. 3917 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The provisions of subsection

(a)apply to a member of the Space Force who is ordered to report for military service in the same manner as to a member of a reserve component who is ordered to report for military service. . Section 108(5) ( 50 U.S.C. 3919(5) ) is amended by inserting or as a member of the Space Force before the period at the end.
