Section 431(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking December 31, 2023 and inserting December 31, 2025 . Paragraph
(1)of section 431(b) of such title is amended to read as follows: be pre-coordinated with the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency using procedures mutually agreed upon by the Secretary of Defense and the Director, and, where appropriate, be supported by the Director; and .
