Section 9371 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the section heading, by inserting after and Space Delta 13 Air University in subsection (a), by inserting or of the Space Delta 13 after Air University ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraphs (1), by inserting or of the Space Delta 13 after Air University ; and in paragraph (2), by inserting or of the Space Delta 13 after Air University . The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 947 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 9371 and inserting the following new item: 9371. Air University and Space Delta 13: civilian faculty members. .
