Section 736 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(7)through
(9)as paragraphs
(8)through (10), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(6)the following new paragraph (7): The provision of training and support to Ukraine for the treatment of individuals with extremity trauma, amputations, post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injuries, and any other mental health conditions associated with post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain injuries, including— the exchange of subject matter expertise; training and support relating to advanced clinical skills development; and training and support relating to clinical case management support. .
