Sec. 2830. Annual report on military unaccompanied housing

Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter for the following four years, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report on military unaccompanied housing, excluding privatized military housing under subchapter IV of chapter 169 of title 10, United States Code. Each report required under subsection
(a)shall contain a section provided by each Secretary of a military department that— is certified by the Secretary concerned; includes a list of all military unaccompanied housing facilities located on each installation under the jurisdiction of the Secretary concerned; identifies the replacement cost for each such facility; identifies the percentage of repair costs as it compares to the total replacement cost for each such facility; and specifies the funding required to conduct all needed repairs and improvements at each such facility. In this section, the term military unaccompanied housing has the meaning given that term in section 2871 of title 10, United States Code.
