Section 4902(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)through
(D)as clauses
(i)through (iv), respectively; by redesignating paragraphs
(1)and
(2)as subparagraphs
(A)and (B), respectively; by striking Before providing assistance and inserting
(1)Before providing assistance ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: An agreement under this subsection may be a contract, cooperative agreement, or a partnership intermediary agreement. .
