Section 983(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (2)— by striking to the following information pertaining and inserting , with respect ; by striking institution): and inserting institution)— ; in subparagraph (A)— by striking Names and inserting names ; and by striking telephone listings. and inserting telephone listings, which information shall be made available not later than the 60th day following the date of a request; and ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking Date and inserting date .
