Chapter 32 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by repealing section 526; by redesignating section 526a as section 526; in the table of sections for such chapter, by striking the item relating to section 526a; and in the section heading for section 526, as redesignated by paragraph (2), by striking . after December 31, 2022 Section 526 of title 10, United States Code, as redesignated and amended by subsection (a), is further amended— in subsection (a)— by striking after December 31, 2022, ; in paragraph (1), by striking 218 and inserting 219 ; in paragraph (2), by striking 149 and inserting 150 ; in paragraph (3), by striking 170 and inserting 171 ; and in paragraph (4), by striking 62 and inserting 64 ; and by redesignating the second subsection designated as subsection
(i)as subsection (j). Section 506 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 is hereby repealed.
