Section 4306B of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2569 ) is amended— by striking subsection (d); by redesignating subsections (e), (f), and
(g)as subsections (d), (e), and (f), respectively; and in paragraph
(6)of subsection (e), as so redesignated, by striking 2028 and inserting 2030 . Section 4309(c)(7) of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2575(c)(7) ) is amended by striking section 3132(f) of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 ( and inserting 50 U.S.C. 2569(f) ) section 4306B(e) .
