Sec. 2107. Extension of authority to carry out certain fiscal year 2021 projects

Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (division B of Public Law 116–283 ; 134 Stat. 4294), the authorizations set forth in the table in paragraph (2), as provided in section 2101(a) of that Act (134 Stat. 4295), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2024, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2025, whichever is later. The table referred to in paragraph
(1)is as follows: Army: Extension of 2021 Project Authorizations State Installation or Location Project Original Authorized Amount Arizona Yuma Proving Ground Ready Building $14,000,000 Georgia Fort Gillem Forensic Lab $71,000,000 Louisiana Fort Johnson Information Systems Facility $25,000,000 Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (division B of Public Law 116–283 ; 134 Stat. 4294), the authorization under section 2865 of that Act ( 10 U.S.C. 2802 note) for the project described in paragraph
(2)in Fort Eisenhower, Georgia, shall remain in effect until October 1, 2024, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2025, whichever is later. The project described in this paragraph is the following: Army: Extension of 2021 Project Authorization State Installation or Location Project Original Authorized Amount Georgia Fort Eisenhower Child Development Center $21,000,000
