Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (division B of Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1817), the authorization set forth in the table in subsection (b), as provided in section 2101(b) of that Act (131 Stat. 1819) and extended and modified by subsections
(a)and
(b)of section 2106 of the Military Construction Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (division B of Public Law 117–263 ), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2024, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2025, whichever is later. The table referred to in subsection
