Section 9081(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph (1); by redesignating paragraphs
(2)and
(3)as paragraphs
(1)and (2), respectively; and in paragraph (1), as so redesignated, by striking , including and all that follows through emergency . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date of the certification by the Secretary of the Air Force under section 1745.
