Section 1274 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( 10 U.S.C. 2350a note) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting Administration of the American, British, Canadian, and Australian Armies' Program ; and Participation by military departments in interoperability programs with military forces of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom in subsection (a)— by inserting a military department of after the participation by ; and by striking the land-force program known as the American, British, Canadian, and Australian Armies’ Program and inserting an interoperability program with the military forces of one or more participating countries specified in subsection
(b). The table of contents of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1632) is amended by striking the item relating to section 1274 and inserting the following: Sec. 1274. Participation by military departments in interoperability programs with military forces of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. . The table of contents for title XII of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1977) is amended by striking the item relating to section 1274 and inserting the following: Sec. 1274. Participation by military departments in interoperability programs with military forces of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. .
