Sec. 1381. Report on Department of Defense roles and responsibilities in support of National Strategy for the Arctic Region

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on Department of Defense roles and responsibilities in support of the National Strategy for the Arctic Region that includes— an identification of the Department's lines of effort to support the implementation of the National Strategy for the Arctic Region, including the implementation plan for each applicable military department; a plan for the execution of, and a projected timeline and the resource requirements for, each such line of effort; and any other matter the Secretary considers relevant.
