Sec. 1324. Briefing on nuclear capability of Iran

Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall provide the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives with— a briefing on— threats to global security posed by the nuclear weapon capability of Iran; and progress made by Iran in enriching uranium at levels proximate to or exceeding weapons grade; and recommendations for actions the United States may take to ensure that Iran does not acquire a nuclear weapon capability.
