Section 2834(d) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (division B of Public Law 117–81 ; 135 Stat. 2201) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking March 31, 2026 and inserting March 31, 2030 ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: A description of any changes made to the master plan based upon current global events, including pandemics and armed conflicts. .
