Section 1408A(a)(2) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3123a(a)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B)— in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking 11 and inserting 12 ; and by adding at the end the following: One of such members shall represent Georgia. ; and in subparagraph (D), by striking 2023 and inserting 2028 .
