Of the unobligated balances of the amounts made available for fiscal year 2022 for the National Institute of Food and Agriculture—Research and Extension Activities , $307,526,000 are hereby rescinded: That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a Concurrent Resolution on the Budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
