Section 19A(d) of the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949 ( 50 U.S.C. 3519b(d) ) is amended by adding at the end of paragraph
(5)the following new sentence: A covered dependent, covered employee, or covered individual shall not be required to seek any other benefit furnished by the United States Government to be eligible for the payment authorized under paragraph (2). . Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency shall— revise the regulations of the Expanded Care Program of the Central Intelligence Agency to conform with the amendment made by subsection (a); and submit to the congressional intelligence committees copies of such regulations, as revised pursuant to paragraph (1).
