Section 3236 of the National Nuclear Security Administration Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2426 ) is amended— by striking congressional defense committees each place it appears and inserting appropriate congressional committees ; and by adding at the end the following subsection: In this section, the term appropriate congressional committees means— the congressional defense committees; the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate; and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives. .
