Section 484C(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1091c(a) ) is amended to read as follows: In this section, the term service in the uniformed services means service (whether voluntary or involuntary) on active duty in the Armed Forces, including such service by a member of the National Guard or Reserve on active duty, active duty for training, or National Guard duty under State order or Federal authority. .
