Sec. 13. Fort Belknap Indian Community Water Settlement Implementation Fund

There is established in the Treasury of the United States a non-trust, interest-bearing account to be known as the Fort Belknap Indian Community Water Settlement Implementation Fund , to be managed and distributed by the Secretary, for use by the Secretary for carrying out this Act. The Secretary shall establish in the Implementation Fund the following accounts: The Fort Belknap Indian Irrigation Project System Account. The Milk River Project Mitigation Account. The Secretary shall deposit— in the Fort Belknap Indian Irrigation Project System Account established under subsection (b)(1), the amount made available pursuant to paragraphs (1)(C) and (2)(A)(iv) of section 14(a); and in the Milk River Project Mitigation Account established under subsection (b)(2), the amount made available pursuant to section 14(a)(1)(D).
The Fort Belknap Indian Irrigation Project Rehabilitation Account established under subsection (b)(1) shall be used to carry out section 9, except as provided in subsection
(g)of that section. The Milk River Project Mitigation Account established under subsection (b)(2) may only be used to carry out section 8. Amounts in the Implementation Fund shall not be available to the Secretary for expenditure until the enforceability date. Notwithstanding paragraph (1), amounts deposited in the Fort Belknap Indian Irrigation Project System Account established under subsection (b)(1) shall be available to the Secretary on the date on which the amounts are deposited for uses described in paragraphs
(1)and
(2)of section 9(a). In addition to the deposits under subsection (c), any interest credited to amounts unexpended in the Implementation Fund are authorized to be appropriated to be used in accordance with the uses described in subsection (d).
