It is the sense of Congress that— the United States should take actions to position itself as a global leader in advanced air mobility; and as such a global leader, the FAA should— prioritize its work on the type certification of aircraft; publish in line with its stated deadlines rulemakings and policy necessary to enable commercial operations, such as the powered-lift Special Federal Aviation Regulation (SFAR); work with global partners to promote acceptance of advanced air mobility products; and leverage the existing aviation system to the greatest extent possible to support advanced air mobility operations.
