Section 12306 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 7 U.S.C. 1632c ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting Acer Access and Development Program ; Maple Research and Market Promotion Program in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking Secretary of Agriculture may make and inserting Secretary shall establish a program, to be known as the ; Maple Research and Market Promotion Program , under which the Secretary may make in subsection (e), by striking of Agriculture ; and in subsection (f), by striking $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2023 and inserting $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028 .
