Sec. 201. Report on countries that produce synthetic drugs

Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the Committee on the Judiciary and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives a report— identifying the countries the Secretary determines are the principal producers of synthetic drugs trafficked into the United States; assessing how and why those countries are producing such drugs; and describing measures the Secretary plans to take to reduce the flow of such drugs into the United States.
