Congress finds that, for purposes of section 603 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 ( 43 U.S.C. 1782 ), any portion of the Eden Valley Wilderness Study Area that is not designated as a wilderness area or wilderness addition by section 131(a) has been adequately studied for wilderness designation. Any portion of a wilderness study area described in subsection
(a)that is not designated as a wilderness area or wilderness addition by section 131(a) is no longer subject to section 603(c) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 ( 43 U.S.C. 1782(c) ).
