The Secretary of the Interior shall promulgate regulations to ensure that schools operated or funded by the Department of the Interior comply with the requirements of title I and section 202(b). The Secretary of Defense shall promulgate regulations to ensure that schools operated or funded by the Department of Defense Education Activity or otherwise operated or funded by the Department of Defense for the education of military-connected dependents (as described in subparagraph
(B)or (D)(i) of section 7003(a)(1) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7703(a)(1) )) comply with the requirements of title I and section 202(b).
