Nothing in this Act or an amendment made by this Act shall be construed to authorize the withholding of information from Congress. Except in the case of the amendment to section 552 of title 5, United States Code, made by section 201(b), no person may seek or obtain judicial review of any provision of this Act or any action taken under a provision of this Act.
