Section 30(c) of the Federal Power Act ( 16 U.S.C. 823a(c) ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting , affected Indian Tribes, after consult with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service ; in paragraph (1)— by striking Fish and Wildlife Service National Marine Fisheries Service and the State agency and inserting United States Fish and Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, and the State agency ; and by striking Act, and and inserting Act; and ; and in paragraph (2), by striking insure and inserting ensure .
