There is authorized to be appropriated to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to contract with the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine to carry out section 612 $500,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2026. There is authorized to be appropriated to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to carry out section 613 $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028.
