There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out section 102(a) $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2030. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out section 102(b) $2,000,000 for fiscal year 2024, to remain available until expended. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out section 103(c) $500,000 for fiscal year 2024, to remain available until expended.
