Section 6(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2015(d) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: To be eligible to participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, an individual shall cooperate with any investigation into fraud under that program, including full participation in any— meeting requested by fraud investigators; and administrative hearing. .
