Construction and Environmental Compliance and Restoration for environmental improvements, ecosystem restoration, and hurricane risk reduction improvements at National Aeronautics and Space Administration facilities damaged by Hurricanes Ian and Nicole, $367,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2028: , That the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration may enter into cooperative agreements with the managers of Federal land bordering such facilities, including estuaries designated under section 320 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( Provided 33 U.S.C. 1330 ), to advance such efforts.
