Section 917(b)(2) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( Public Law 110–140 ; 42 U.S.C. 17337(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (H), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (I), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: hydrogen energy; fusion energy; industrial decarbonization; carbon management; agrivoltaics; grid modernization; and cybersecurity for energy infrastructure. .
