Any person who violates the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act ( 7 U.S.C. 136 , et seq.) in connection with the illegal cultivation of cannabis on Federal land shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250,000 or imprisonment for not more than 20 years, or both. Penalties under subsection
(a)shall be in addition to applicable penalties under any other Federal or State law. In this section, the term Federal land means any Federal land or an interest in land administered by the Secretary of the Interior acting through— the Bureau of Indian Affairs (except land held in trust by the Secretary for the benefit of an Indian Tribe); the Bureau of Land Management; the National Park Service; or the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
