Section 351(d)(1) of title 28, United States Code, as amended by section 607 of this Act, is amended by inserting , and the Chief Justice of the United States or an associate justice before the period at the end. Section 363 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and inserting the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States . The laws made applicable to the judicial branch of the Federal Government under section 102 of this Act shall be applicable to the Supreme Court of the United States.
For purposes of this Act: The term covered employee includes employees of the Supreme Court of the United States. The term employing unit includes— the Supreme Court of the United States; the Chief Justice of the United States; an associate justice; the clerk, marshal, reporter, and librarian of the Supreme Court of the United States; and the Counselor to the Chief Justice.
